What is a great neighborhood in San Francisco Bay area for kids to live, go to school, and play?
Our family is relocating to SF Bay area and we will be working in South SF and Mission Bay areas. We want to find a nice quiet kid-friendly neighborhood within commuting distance. We can pay <$3500 month rent or mortgage, and would appreciate some advice where to start looking.
I love San Francisco my first cousin and her family live accross the bay bridge. If you locate a web site for a local real estate agency that is a member of the REALTORS and a member of the local MLS system most of them now will provide you the ability to search all the listings that are available through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) However more than finding a property and due to the facts that you have children you should also research other aspects of areas when you do find a property that you might want to pursue.
