I have a very nice, rare, beautiful recipe. Where can I sell it or what measures to take?

I have two very rare recipes that taste great. I JUST FINALLIZED two OF THEM. What steps should I take and whom to turn buying my recipes?

I know it may sound funny, but write down of prescriptions and mail them a certificate of myself. Do not open them. This is a quick and easy way to get a copyright on them not only in the event that some A * sshole trying to steal your idea, and argue that came with him. After that war should chance to prove it is yours. Then maybe you can try sell like a recipe for Pillsbury, or someone company like that so they can put it back some of their products or you could try to sell large chain restaurant as Olive Garden or Applebee or something. You may need to check the Internet to find out where their home office is located, then they are call. I am not very familiar with it, but this are some ideas. And of course, another idea is to wait to come up with recipes, and open restaurant using recipes. If you succeed, then maybe you can open chain of your own. I have no experience in this area, but this is where will start if I were you. Good luck!
